After 4 years of ass-kickin´, Nico has decided to leave STARRATS in order to concentrate on his other bands Crystal Eyes and Twin Spirits..
There´s no bad blood between Nico and the band and we wish him the best of luck in the future...
We´re currently trying out other singers and will of course let you know who the new frontman is asap...

STARRATS has been confirmed to support american rockers Dokken on the 6.th
of April at The Rock in Copenhagen.

Other news.
Almost all guitar work are now done and it is now up to singer Nico to ruin the material. Vocal parts will be recorded during March. The cd will be mixed in late april/beginning of may so we are hoping for a releash around.........july/august. As promised before, the songs are melodic but a lot heavier and more raw than on our debut. Working titles for the new cd have been many, such as; "Vibes of the wicked", "Concrete noize", "Heroes, icons and conqueres", "Songs for the damned"..... and the list is almost endless! Nothing is set in stone yet.
We have been fuckin´around with a bunch of cover tunes in the studio. Legendary songs ,"I wanna be somebody" by Shock rockers Wasp and "Heading out to the highway" by the mighty Judas Priest have both got the rat treatment.
On the touring front we have some more gigs planned in Denmark and hopefully also a few festivals in the summer. A tour in the east in august is also being planned"

next album. The songs - and the overall vibe - is set to be more heavy and
aggressive than on Broken Halo. It is our intension to get all recordings
finished in the beginning of the new year. After that we need to get the
shit mixed and then out to -YOU!!!!
